Shipping Policy – Racquet View

1) Where we ship

  • Canada & USA: nationwide coverage.
  • International: limited availability; rates shown at checkout.

2) Processing time

  • 1–3 business days after payment (allow extra time during peak periods).

3) Shipping rates

  • Canada: Free shipping and 5$ free for tracking code
  • USA: Free shipping tracking code included 
  • International: Free Shipping no tracking code included

Currency: Canadian addresses are charged in CAD; U.S. addresses in USD.

4) Carriers & methods

We use Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, and USPS (via partners). Service levels (Economy, Standard, Express) vary by address.

For very small items, an economy mail option for Canada and International without tracking may be offered. If selected, our responsibility for loss/delay is limited.

5) Estimated transit times (excluding processing)

  • Canada: 4–10 business days
  • USA: 4–12 business days
  • International: 6–16 business days
    Carrier estimates only; delivery dates are not guaranteed.

6) Customs, taxes & import fees

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply for shipments to Brazil. These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • For international shipments, local rules vary. We complete required customs forms (e.g., CN22/CN23) per regulations.

7) Tracking

Tracking details are emailed once shipped (when applicable). Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update.

8) Addresses & re-shipping

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Returns due to incorrect addresses, refusal, or unclaimed packages may incur re-shipping fees paid by the customer.

9) Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

  • Lost/late: contact us if tracking hasn’t updated for 7 business days (CA/USA) or 15 business days (International).
  • Damaged: email us within 48 hours with photos of the package, label, and product.
  • Marked delivered: shipments scanned as “delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered.

10) Split shipments & preorders

We may split shipments at no extra cost if it speeds delivery. Preorders ship when all items are ready unless otherwise noted.

11) Changes & cancellations

If your order isn’t marked “Shipped,” we can update the address or cancel—contact us ASAP.
